Branches

Electronics & Communication Engineering

Duration of Course:

Electronics & Communication Engineering deals with the electronic devices, circuits, communication equipment’s like transmitter, receiver, integrated circuits (IC). It also deals with basic electronics, analog and digital transmission & reception of data, voice and video (Example AM, FM, DTH), microprocessors, satellite communication, microwave engineering, antennae and wave progression. It aims to deepen the knowledge and skills of the students on the basic concepts and theories that will equip them in their professional work involving analysis, systems implementation, operation, production, and maintenance of the various applications in the field of Electronics and Communications Engineering.

Scope:

An electronics and communication engineer can work in aviation and avionics, consumer electronics, electricity plant, manufacturing, distribution, communication & telecommunication, computer application, radio & television, analytical equipment manufacturing and offshore industries.

Electronics & Communication Engineering

Duration of Course:

Civil Engineering is one of the broadest and oldest of the engineering disciplines, extending across many technical specialties. Civil Engineers plan, design, and supervise the construction of facilities essential to modern life like space satellites and launching facilities, offshore structures, bridges, buildings, tunnels, highways, transit systems, dams, airports, harbors, water supply system and wastewater treatment plants. A civil engineer is responsible for planning and designing a project, constructing the project to the required scale, and maintenance of the project. A civil engineer requires not only a high standard of engineering knowledge but also supervisory and administrative skills.

Scope:

A career after civil engineering is highly rewarding. There are jobs that involve supervision, construction, design and analyzes of private as well as public projects, such as dams, highways, canals, water sewages and bridges. The profession demands excellent skills for both administration and supervision of projects.

Computer Science Engineering (CSE)

Duration of Course:

Computer Science Engineering (CSE) encompasses a variety of topics that relates to computation, like analysis of algorithms, programming languages, program design, software, and computer hardware.
Computer Science engineering has roots in electrical engineering, mathematics, and linguistics. In the past Computer Science was taught as part of mathematics or engineering departments & in the recent days it has emerged as a separate engineering field.

Scope:

Students completing their computer science engineering from well-reputed universities will get attractive packages from MNCs & IT companies. IT sector offers the most paying jobs to computer science engineers who can work in different departments as design, development, assembly, manufacture and maintenance, etc.

Mechanical Engineering

Duration of Course:

Mechanical engineering is a discipline of engineering that applies the principles of physics and materials science for analysis, design, manufacturing, and maintenance of mechanical systems. It is the branch of engineering that involves the production and usage of heat and mechanical power for the design, production, and operation of machines and tools. It is one of the oldest and broadest engineering disciplines.

Scope:

They can find employment in both government as well as private sector. Mechanical engineers are required to design, test, manufacture, install, operate and maintain a wide array of machines and mechanical systems that are used in industries. There is a great scope of job avenues for mechanical engineers in India.

Electrical Engineering

Duration of Course:

Electrical Engineering is one of the newer branches of engineering, and dates back to the late 19th century. It is the branch of engineering that deals with the technology of electricity. Electrical engineers work on a wide range of components, devices and systems, from tiny microchips to huge power station generators.

Scope:

Electrical Engineering has a wide career opportunity in sectors like Electronics, Power Corporation, IT consultants or Manager, Aviation Technology, Communication Technology, Radio Engineers, Electromagnet Engineers, Aviation Power Supply, etc
